  1. Lemon Garlic Chicken: Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  5. Creamy Chicken and Mushroom: Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

  2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
  3. Brush the chicken skewers with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through
